Premise

There are three publishing companies you need to know in Namimori. They market all over the world, you see. They are the Vongola & Associates, a publishing company that markets children's and young adult fiction. Because, you know, that stuff sells. Sometimes, textbooks too, since all the Vongola ever want to do is satisfy the need for books for children and young adults, may it be for leisure or education. The Millefiore&Co., who have recently published several award winning novels and non-fiction stories. They have branched out to try to corner the market on everything but text books. Last but not the least, the Varia, a start up company that specializes in erotic magazines and collections of erotic short stories. But they are also known for producing books and magazines on fashion, trends and pop culture. It's just that once you start publishing ero magazines, everyone thinks that's all you publish. Now, what does this have to do with you? Welcome to the world of Publishing. You either work for one (or all, if you're a freelancer) of the above companies as a writer, an editor, a translator, heck, you might just even be a janitor or a board member. Or, you work for Kokuyo, the local bookstore. It doesn't matter which place you work for-- Publishing is serious business.
