Battlestar Galactica

Galactica is the best sci-fi show on the air today. Grab it. It's definitely not in the same vein as Trek or B5.

Battlestar's pretty good. The plot and characters are interesting enough but they talk too goddamn much about god and have yet to show how any of it is even remotely pertinent to the story. Special effects and space warfare are damn sexy, Boomer's fucking hot, the Adama's are badass, but Gaius is a fucking cockroach and Six is just an utter whore (I said interesting characters, never said anything about endearing). It all evens out, I guess. If you tend to get annoyed by the pretentious pseudo-science in Sci-fi these days, don't worry, Galactica has none of it. No science is always better than shoddy science, I say. You can't solve all your problems by remodulating the frequency of your shields nor are crystals an end-all-be-all power source, ever. Boomer's hot. It's worth watching, I suppose.

Prison Break - I wouldn't know. I tried watching it in Crime/Suspense, but didn't really take to it. I mean, how can you take 22 episodes just to show a prison break? It feels too dragging to me. I don't think the guys are a good enough reason to follow it, either.

Ghost Hunt 23 - the episode where Mai got annoying. And Naru's still out of commission. ;_;
