Productivity becomes me, sort of. Slept at 2 and forced myself to wake up at 9 (courtesy of the alarm clock), so maybe by tomorrow I'll be set to wake up for class in time. I will now attempt at coherency.

I started the New Year by moving the music around in its folders and re-constructing my playlist. That sounds like a nice thing until one realizes that the only reason why I did it was because I accidentally killed my old one and didn't have much of a choice in the matter. That's what I get for sleeping at close to three in the morning on the 1st of this month, I suppose. ~_~ Either way, it's fixed (after a total of 12 hours of moving, arranging and confusing myself with my own collection). I can finally arrange new playlists and add music to my satisfaction.

Today's first hours were devoted to plotting more evilness with [livejournal.com profile] ezraelandvari... I asked her about two of our girls in Citrus and it somehow went to all sorts of other evil things but generally speaking, we have an idea as to what we'll be doing. >3

Following that, the next part of the day after waking was devoted to getting myself breakfast, reading through the Rapunzel stories we've been assigned to analyze for Retellings class (A woman who loves a woman is forever young) and THEN I took a look at But for the Lovers, since I have to finish that by Tuesday for teh Pulan who I hope to God didn't assign a paper for Lit Crit due tomorrow because nobody seems to know anything about a paper and I'm getting a little paranoid here.

Lit blockmates, you weren't kidding when you said it was like Midnight's Children. All of this makes me wonder what shit Nolledo was on when he came up with this stuff. If I'm feeling crazy enough, I'll try reading through the rest of the book while listening to the dance/trance/ambience/techno section of my playlist and see where that takes me. @_@

Woo. Dizzy. Might post again later. After tea. After sanity returns. Yeah.

Hey there. Haven't been around for a while, but anyway, Happy New Year. And Retellings class sounds interesting.

Happy New Year, right back atcha. ^.^

Yeah, it's a great class beyond those annoying Legal Management students who think that they don't have to read because they're OMGSOCOOLCOMPAREDTOEVERYONEELSE.

Urk. I happen to be a product of the JGSOM. But of course, if that were me I'd actually read the assigned works because duh, what else would I be doing in a lit-related class?

Exactly. >_> The ones in my class seem to think they're above the reading part.
