The Writing Resolution Mem '08

While yesterday was actually pretty good, last night was rough as heck. To make a long story short, mom was freaking out in the car, I get exasperated, and she proceeds to chew me out for being "disrespectful". Cue crai session and general feeling like shit. Things were said. Go figure.
It's highly possible that I get this badly affected by arguments with my parents because I'm not used to it. Either way, I can't think of too many things that compare to Cold Wars With Mom on the Fuck-Me-Up Scale.
On the bright side, she did apologize.

Even though I spent most of the day in a sickly sort of hangoverish daze, being with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
yukitsu, kye_kestrel and Candice (with devione_angeli popping in for lunch) was VERY refreshing. I just wish I could've enjoyed lunch.
Lyn and Candice made it a point to introduce me to the almighty Phoenix Wright DS game. Expect me to shout "OBJECTION!" or "TAKE THAT!" at random points in a conversation for a while. o_o
On another note, I can't wait to try out the Japanese dub of Tales of Abyss. I have a big feeling that hearing Koyasu talking through Jade is going to make my brain explode.

Philip is leaving for Canada tomorrow, and it's still damned weird not having Pio in the house.
