Today was something else. The channel on DALnet had to be killed due to trolls (*coughcoughTHESNIVELLINGBASTARD'sFAULT!coughcough*), but it will return. Good news is, the evil one is gone. Too bad we're still forced to share Earth's limited oxygen supply with him. To celebrate his indefinate disappearance from our lives (and the rare occasion wherein I enjoy the privelege of bitch-slapping the unworthy in public), the crew had an RP session wherein Pao realized he had no idea what went wrong with his character just that it went wrong. XD
Curled up in the air-conditioned room with the bro and slept the rest of the small hours away. Woke up at 7:30; rode out to Ateneo in the shiny (...yes, Sammi. S-H-I-N-Y.) Volvo S80 with Dad, Pio and Paolo. Teh prettiness of that car, man... *____*
After getting lost for about fifteen minutes on my own campus while trying to find the venue for Sir Karl's History 16 film showing, I ended up watching a swanky Asian take on a triad scenario.
Feel the gayness. <3 the gayness.
Swung by for Peter and Liss darling at KFC before hitting the road for G4. Continuously ran into Supi [who was, of course, hitting the race track on Initial D 3 at every moment that he could spare], and mourned the temporary loss of Vampire Nights while the personnel were busy tweaking the blinky screen. T__T Was forced into a round of Time Crisis Instead. Liss partnered up with me for a bit there, much to my pleasant surprise. XD
Tonet and Nicole arrived, and after general fun and aimless wandering we ate at Superbowl (again). Had my fried rice. Sammi arrived. By the time we all went back to Timezone, Vampire Nights was fixed. Played two rounds straight (Pao arrived somewhere in the middle of my first game while Karen came during my second). Jumped from 7th in ranking to 4th.
One of the people who butted into my game without asking was a stupid, fast-shooting prick... I was beyond tolerance after he killed all the hostages I was so carefully trying to aim for. >_> Ended up putting down my gun during the boss fight and letting him die off before I started shooting again. XD
Wandered around again. Watched Pao and Peter go footlose at Dance Maniacs. Rachel miraculously managed to drop by. Enjoyed the craziness of the regulars. Played Vampire Nights one last time, ocassionally accompanied by this cute kid who was almost too short for the stand yet somehow managed to kill stuff anyway. Went home. Glomped Liss in car. Dropped her off at her place then went along a funky ala Initial-D "scenic route" out of her subdivision.
Now that I am home, I will take advantage of the fact that we're going to Mass in the afternoon tomorrow and stay awake in an attempt to start and finish Chapter 23. I have two Ring Pops and two boxes of Gobstoppers to speed me on my way.
