I really suck at maintaining online accounts these days. There are times when they honestly feel like a hassle, and at worst, they make me paranoid about a lot of stuff, big and small. o_o

Started Dead. (Still Dreaming.), my second World of Darkness campaign with the girls yesterday. Which was also doubly funny, because Khursten was the only one who was supposed to get a cat.

Now I have one too.

She really likes the lowest, most shadowed corner of my bookshelf.

My interest in online RP has waxed and waned a whole lot these days, but I do know one thing:

Work has been extremely interesting.

'Interesting' in the Chinese sense, mind you.

...Because I couldn't actually decide on who to do and I also need a personal reference list, I've elected to do this for every muse I've ever played, be it musebox or in an actual RP, and every muse I seriously WANT to play at the moment.

Also: obvious character series bias is obvious. Bite me. :|

First month of class has pretty much come and gone, so us ADMU profs are puttering right along through our fourth week of sessions with our kids. Not much to say beyond the fact that I'm pretty content with the way things are going now. Got decent students, a nice schedule, and the stuff I'm teaching are things I'm comfortable with. Now it's just a matter of getting better and better at it.

Graduate studies load is 3 units less stressful now, and the class is progressing fine. Came up with a kick-ass pitch for a paper involving a psychoanalytic reading of Persona 3, and my prof seems sold on the idea. Looking forward to writing it.

And that reminds me: I should srsly post up the papers I've already written here, huh? On the academic filter and such and so. orz I keep forgetting. orz orz orz

If there's one complaint I could have, it'd be that I don't really get to see the folks that I became rather close with last year, by merit of my horrendously long break. There are other ways to see them, though. I guess.

Still, I do miss those times. Four hours of doing absolutely nothing but smoke and chill out. Hard to find pockets of Zen like that these days.
