It's been a long time since I've felt this content.

So while the weekend passed in pleasant non-productivity and a 3-hour family reunion in which I narrowly escaped being harrowed into parlor games with people I'm SOMEHOW related to although I can't trace exactly HOW, Monday was strangeness as usual. Glomped everybody, enjoyed Lolita implications with [livejournal.com profile] ezraelandvari (POCHI, I SAY, POCHI! >3), received a sacrificial offering of dark chocolate from [livejournal.com profile] archangel_dream, people bashed in combo with [livejournal.com profile] hel_interrupted, lost my brain over Structuralism with [livejournal.com profile] heiz, [livejournal.com profile] pandora__ and [livejournal.com profile] saisun (to the amusement and charign of [livejournal.com profile] namyekim, [livejournal.com profile] maxim_omega and [livejournal.com profile] seranx), scored decently FOR THE FIRST TIME IN AGES in a Pulanist quiz then skipped around doing, uh, stuff, before heading hom. Currently looking forward to lunch out with [livejournal.com profile] miguel_zeruel on Friday while ignoring the fact that I have a Long Test in Math 12 tomorrow morning.

So now that leads me to the real purpose of writing this entry, in which I reflect on how much the active study of Literature along with my indirect pursual of a minor under Pulanism has made me a real bitch with fanfiction. Lit theory will only make one too painfully aware of how much most zones of fanfiction are teh suxx0rs.

Let's not even go into the adult scene in fanfiction and in original fiction. Unless somebody can scientifically prove that penis-to-penis insertion is possible or that one can undo one's rapists fly with their hand against their will short of mind control or that "OH JESUS I'M A-COMIN!!!" is one of the lines that can make sex scenes hot, I think I will go crawl into a dark corner and sing to myself until all literature and creativity come to an end. @_@

I leave you all with a paradox (and, perhaps, a fanfiction challenge): believable Devil May Cry fluff with no strings attached, especially if they are Mary Sues/Gary Stus or writing characters out of character.

Hee. I think I'll go back to letting Suikoden Tactics eat my brain now.
