another [moved] holiday

Gotta love those holiday politics, if for anything else. This extra day off is made even sweeter by the fact that I really don't have anything to do for school at the moment, beyond an assignment in Retellings and an article for Philosophy that I've already skimmed over.

Alistair bids good returns and many Vodka Cruisers to Nikolai's recovery. And Yasamu is looking forward to having the boy come around on the network again so that he can kick him off multiple times again. *huggles ezraelandvari*

So now I'm left wondering what the heck I'm doing up so early, considering the fact that I have no classes today and makintash has invaded the playroom with all of his friends. No DVD means no Queer as Folk (*SOB*), and no PS2 means no Ring of Red (T___T), so now I think I'll putter around with my mp3s and try and get some writing done. Good luck to that.

I wonder if Mom's finished with her Christmas shopping. I'd go out with her today if I wasn't fresh from a nasty cold. I have to be better by Tuesday, else my First Longest Day of the Week will be my Longest Day in Hell. Good thing the painters are already finished. I don't know how I'd deal with cold + cramps + continuing annoyance at certain individuals.

EDIT: miguel_zeruel has spoken, and he's one of the few I trust with PC shiznit. I think I'll canvas for External HDs. @_@ Never knew the error ratio for burning DVDs was that high. x_X We'll see though. Might end up not spending for either one. XD
