So.

There's no other way of putting it.

My week was pretty much 'meh' (nothing totally wrong, but nothing totally right about it sort of 'meh'), but given the epic awesome of yesterday, I can see why. THE WORLD MUST KEEP ITS KARMIC BALANCE, SEE.

Buuut yeah. First there was hooking up with kye_kestrel (WHOM I HAVE NOT SEEN IN EVER), yukitsu and khursten in Gateway for shenanigans, THEN grad studies class (which was much better than last week's), THEN chillax tiems with Khursten before we hooked up with psychoshoujo, seraph_dreams, yue_dermond, Peter and 77ws for drinks. I have never had so much sake in my life, and at this moment, Diamond Hotel cakes are the best cakes I have ever eaten.

Either way, I'm ready to take on the week to come now. Moments like these really, really are blessed.

Had an epiphany in mass today... perhaps the solution to my ginormous backlog and weird ambivalence is to just do a little of everything that I want to do in a day. I don't have as much free time as I used to, so exclusively focusing on one 'Me' activity might not work out.

This makes me realize part of the reason why I go to Mass in the first place: it's an hour that allows me to be quiet, even if the ritual and 'real' purpose is often lost on me.

Really? Hum, it might work, the feeling of doing a lot of small things in a day, rather than focusing on one something that you may or may not finish before bed time.

It seems to have worked out for me yesterday, although something tells me I'll end up switching around. Perhaps it has something to do with my ttly shot attention span! orz
